Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
commission
employer will not clear out sales invoice for the month and holds them for several months and I am not paid my commission on time they owe me abt. $7000.00 and it has cause great stress and I can not pay my bills on time, it has caused depression and panic attaches. They are doing this to avoid paying sales tax that they have collected and some tickets are not reported at all and they have taken the cash for the jobs. I am at my end with them but if I leave my job I have zero $--name removed--coming in. This is going to cause me to loose my house what can I do???? Should I turn them in to the FL dept. of Rev. and the IRS

Re: commission
You should probably see an attorney to do a demand letter to them for payment and/or suit if settlement cannot be reached. If you would like to discuss further, please call me office.
