Company Closed... Warn Act??

Company close, gave one weeks severance pay for each year service. No notice given. I had been there 3 weeks. We were a net branch company. I worked at corporate with 40 or so employees. We had over 250 branches throughout the country, ALL w-2 employees, all shut down without notice. Would we be protected with the Warn Act?
