My husband which is 48 was taking about a football pool to his boss which is 28, and his boss pushed shoved him in his chest and said he was going to beat his ass. What can he do?

Re: Employer Harrassement
Any physical touching or similar threats that are perceived to be genuine should be reported promptly to management, and in this regard your husband can check to see if there are procedures in place in an employee handbook or other policy manual for making such a complaint. Your husband should of course avoid getting into any physical altercations and reducing his complaint to a written form will create a documented trail of what's occurred.
Re: Employer Harrassement
Your husband may have a claim of assault and battery in civil court. However, without any real injuries, the claim may not have substantial value. You can also file a police report. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to contact my offfice.
