Employment and Drug Screen

I took a position in Florida, and Moved from Oregon. Despite many demands to take my drug screen before I moved, the company stated that they could not come up with the account numbers for them to schedule a test in Oregon. They told me to just go ahead and come to Florida. Subsequently, I have tested positive for THC despite a great amount of time of being clean. It cost me a bunch of money, and I really wanted to make sure everything was good before I moved, although this did not happen. Also, it has been 2 weeks since I tested, and they only approached me today 3/17/08. Now I may be facing losing my job pending another test which took place today. I have already worked a week and 3 days. Do I have any legal recourse should I lose my position?

Your rights would be dependant on your employment contract with the company.
