Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

hi,

I worked out a settlement agreement with a former employer and I was supposed to have the check by today and I have not received it yet and I am wondering what can I do about it?

You probably have an enforceable contract and might be able to sue to enforce the contract. Call my office if you wish to pursue enforcement of it.
