the company i work for is about to file bankrupcy in 2-3 weeks , if i quit am i intitled to my vacation pay that has been acumulated

You generally earn vacation prior to taking it. The bigger issue is whether the company has the resources to pay all accrued vacation. If you have another job lined up it would be wise to take it rather than wait and have someone else potentially fill it. There are a lot of things left up in the air, but on balance, I would not wait around with an employer I knew was going bankrupt unless there were some guarantees that I would be paid all amounts due and owing.

it depends on company policy. there is no requirement to pay vacation time. if they are going to file bankruptcy, I doubt you will get your vacation time.
