Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
Photos taken without consent
I have a boss that took pictures of my office without prior consent and did not tell me afterwards that he did so. I hold a lot of personal and private information in my office. I feel he is using these pictures to try and get me fired because of certain quams we have towards one another. There is nothing to incriminate me but I am still upset about the whole situation. This information was presented to me by a coworker who happened to witness his actions. Were these pictures taken legally?

Re: Photos taken without consent
If he is the employer, it is not "your" office. Unless you pay rent, it is "his" office and he can take pictures of whatever he wants to in his office -- even if you use it.
