Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Be sued by last employer

What course of action can I take if I was served with a false and incorrect law suit from my prior employer. I have very limited funds and not nearly enough to hire an attyy. Please help

If you were served with a complaint, you will need to file an answer by the date listed on the summons. If you cannot find an attorney that will represent you for a price you can afford, you will have to represent yourself. I recommend checking the County Clerk of Court's website for any forms or other information that may be helpful. Best of luck.
