Terminated

worked over 20 years with Const Co. as salried supern't everyweek over 65-70 hrs. Exhasted last week had 2 minor accidents. Passed Drug & Alc test but they still fired me. Did not pay me for last week. Should they? & should I get overtime?

You may very well have a right to recover unpaid overtime wages for the past 2-3 years that you've worked, depending on the exact nature of your job duties and what the salary you were paid was.
