uncomfortable on new job
i started new job 4 days ago after leaving job i was on for 2 years. new employer approached me yesterday, stated i'm not just a phlebotomist, & asked if i was happy which i responded no. they approached me as if i was just standing around doing nothing. no one has truly taken time to train me. 2 days prior i was asked to remove my cross earrings because a patient was complaining. do i have rights if i felt offended & left the job at end of day?

Not sure by what you mean by: "do I have rights." If by "left the job at the end of the day" you mean that you quit and you want to know if you can sue because your employer asked if you were happy and asked you to remove earings, then the answer is "no."
