Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Viewing personnel files

I would like to know if there is a law in Florida stating that I have the right to view my personnel file at any time. I've been negated this privilege this past week and I'm sure I have that right but don't know where to find it to take it to my employer. My manager flately told me I can't look at my file and I'm told by many other people that I can. Also, can I make a copy of anything in my personnel file. Thank you very much
