wage question

my wife is contracted with my employer as a translator. Last June 07 she completed 3 transcriptions in which she was never paid. The company claims that do not have her work submittal, however I have documentation that it was sent in. What course of action do I take?

Your wife needs to take the documentation back in and see about getting paid. You are a bit late, however, since this all occurred 8 months ago.
