Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida
I am working at a medical office in Gainesville, Fl. I am requiered to take home training for work, done on my computer, which takes about 3 hours per week on top of my regular 40 hour week. I am not being compensated for my time spent training for my job while I am at home. I feel I should be paid for my time spent working at home and overtime if it goes over my 40 hours. Should I be compensated?

Are you salaried or hourly. Most likely if you are hourly you should be compensated for the additional training and time you spend beyond 40 hours a week at an overtime rate. You should consult with an attorney. Feel free to call my office if you wish to discuss this matter.
