Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

working during pregnancy

I worked for a large company during my second pregnancy, during my pregancy my manager made my work environment more stressful than I had ever seen ther or in any other office in this field. I was harrassed about being out of work for dr. appts.;even told that I would be replaced during my leave even if my customers objected. Would I have a civil action against the company for the managers actions with witnesses to the harassment.

Re: working during pregnancy

Based on the information it is not clear what harm was suffered? Were you fired? Did you lose income? If none of these occurred then you probably don't have a claim.
