Wrongful discharge

I have never been reprimanded, never been written up,

i took my first paid vacation.When i returned to work

they told me i was fired.. I would really just like to know what my rights are.Please help.

Your rights depend on numerous factors, including when you were fired, how long you were employed there, why you were fired, how many employees does the employer have, whether they slandered you, whether you were working for a government agency, whether you were a union member, whether you had a contract, and many other factors.

At the very least you should contact the division of unemployment to see if you qualify for unemployment benefits.
