Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Wrongful Termination

I would like to know what I can do about being wrongfully terminated. I understand that Florida is a right to work state but I feel I have a case and I want some information regarding steps I can take. I have been subjected to racial discrimination and sexual harassment along with verbal abuse and verbal harassment. I have been dealing with a hostile work place for the past ten months. I need as much help as I can get.

Re: Wrongful Termination

If you think you have been subject to employment discrimination I suggest you speak with a local employment law attorney. The Florida bar has a lawyer referral service or your county bar association may refer you to an attorney. You can also read the EEOC web site at www.eeoc.gov for general information on employment discrimination and what steps you might now take.
