Wrongful Termination
I am a 47 year old, Hispanic female who was suspended for forwarding an email that kept being forwarded on and eventually landed in the hands of someone who became affended by it. The company suspended me pending investigation. During the investigation, if was discovered that numerous other associates in my same company do the same thing. Would it be safe to say that if they fire me for forwarding emails, they would also have to fire the other employers that have admitted to doing the same?
