How do you get a old boyfriend out of "YOUR" house. I been begging him to leave. Nothing is in his name except car I bought. Help me plz I want to move on with my life.

File an ejectment. Same as an eviction but I would bet he is not paying rent. Therefore, file the ejectment, serve him, get a hearing and move him out under a writ of possession.

You need to evict if he pays rental and you have terminated his lease or you need to file an ejectment action. Hire an attorney as the ejectment matter is complicated.
