Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Collecting against a small claims judgement
I had recently won a case against my former landlord who I sued in Janurary of 2007. We had recently been awarded a judgement and the landlord established a payment schedule without consulting me. She had sent me a letter saying that she could afford $10 a week and this will take over two years to fully collect the debt owed to me. Is there anyway that I can collect this debt owed to me faster?
