commerical renter are they responsible for the utlites?

Hello I have a commerical renter renting my warehouse. The water bill is extremely high and they refuse to pay it are they held accountable for this expense?

Initially, look at your lease agreement regarding who is responsible for the water bill/utilities.

It depends upon your lease. Commercial leases typically have very clear provisions regarding who is responsible for what.
