Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I am trying to evict my roommate because his application with HUD as a living aid was disapprove I am disable myself and since I am under HUD I must be authorize to have a roommate. He was aware of their decision, his criminal record was a factor in their decision. We haven't made a deal on rent since if approved no rent will apply and he is not on any lease either. He still there and don't want to leave. Should I file for eviction on him or an unlawfull detainer. Thank you.
