Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I'm trying to evict a tenant in Miami, FL but he may be in the U.S. Airforce Reserves - how do I know for sure AND are there special steps I must take if he is?

Yes, you need to send a request to all branches of the military to ask if he is on duty. He then gets served at the place where he is and has extra time to respond.
