If i have a lease in flordia can my landlord make me move out just because he wants to sell

Your lease agreement controls the agreement between the parties. Have an attorney review the lease to see if the landlord has a right to terminate the lease on sale. If not, then they cannot force you to leave.

Get out your magnifying glass - what does your lease state as to sale of the property? If there is nothing in it about that, then you may remain on the property.
