Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Proir to me moving into my apartment I payed my first and last month rent because of my low credit score. The property managers have since changed. I have the document with the previous property manager stating that I have payed one month in advance. Should I have any trouble with the new property manager now that I moving out next month?

What does your lease state. Have you given 30 days written notice - certified mail, return receipt requested. You need to do these things.
