Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am evicting tenants off my property tomorrow. Gave them a 3 a 7 day notice legally. what is suppose to happen?

unless you have a judgment of possession from the Court awarding you physical possession of the property, I suggest you not try to evict them. I recommend that you talk to a lawyer before you go further.
