Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My ex-husband fled my home with our joint-owned car while I was in the hospital. He left me with all the bills which he told me he was taking care of. I have emailed him three times to let me know when he plans to pick up his personal belongings, to no avail. He is now living in New Hampshire. What rights do I have to do with his personal belongings? He will never live here again.

His personal belongings are one of the many things that should be handled in a divorce or separation proceeding. you cannot just dispose of them. It is not a landlord tenant issue.

if you know where he is living, mail them to him - C.O.D.
