Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Can I file for a constructive eviction if my landlord refuse to remove me from my apartment if my roommates are using illegal substances in the apartment? They refuse to remove them unless they get caught. A lawyer recommended that I do this after I explained my situation to him. I just wanted to make sure that I won't be held for any rent money after i move out.
