Just found black mold in my rental apartment.......and have health issues because of living here not knowing there was Black mold. What are my rights as a tenant ?

You need to give your landlord a chance to clean. You should also get a medical opinion that the precise mold is causing your problems. This is a very difficult task unless there has been testing if the mold. Black mold does not define the specific mold.
