Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My landlord is trying to charge a recondition fee of 175.00 and also trying to also charge me another fee for cleaning rugs and painting clening rugs 75.00 painting 80.00 and fix a few holes in the closet .
He is also trying to charge me for two days of having the key can he do this? please help
