Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My landlord failed to put my son who is 2 years of age on my lease as an occupant even though he is on my application....they recently put a notice on my door about unauthorized people living in my apartment. is the lease void because they messed up?

I doubt any judge will deem the lease void. This mutual mistake would be corrected.
