Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My landlord has taken several pieces of commercial equipment from me that was part of lease. He also has ran his own water pipes from my water and is using. Part of Lease agreement was he was responsible for all Lawn Maintenance, I have had to take care of Lawn for the last 1 1/2 years.

You need to have your lease reviewed by an attorney. You state piecemeal issues but don't provide any details about what you have done to remedy them if anything. You also don't advise how long the lease is for and how far into the lease you are. Please seek some legal guidance.
