Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Landlord/ Tenat Dispute
The landlord does not want to refund my deposit. For what ever reason should have been put in writing to me in a certain amount of days, this never happend. So by law he forfited his rights, am I correct?
He syas he knows people, it doesn't matter because he didn't put anything in writing. Yes or No?
