if i have a lease for 12 months to pay 500.00 a month and the owner telling me her morgage is 800.00 now is it legal for her to put me out if my lease say im only suppose to pay 500.00 a month? and i cant come up with the other 300.00 what will happen or what should i do......

It would be illegal for your landlord to 'put you out' for failing to pay more than the agreed upon $500.00 a month during the term of your lease. Read over your lease well and make sure you abide by all its provisions. If the landlord takes any steps to remove you from the property during your valid lease, call your county court clerk and find out how to have the matter settled by a judge.
