Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in Florida, my landlord has just given me a 3 day notice for non payment of rent. Upon inspecting my written lease i noticed she did not sign the agreement, is it still legally binding? If not, how do i respond to the notice? Do I have any defense? I intend on leaving before the end of this month when this agreement end anyways ( July 31 ) and her lawyer stated in the 3 day notice that the landlord doesn't intend on rerenting the property to me. Need help on what to do since the landlord never signed lease agreement, I intend on moving within 2 weeks just can't do it in 3 days.

Please help !

Thank You un advance,

C.R

Hi. Whether signed or not, you are living in the property and there is an agreement that you pay rent every month to live there. If the end of your term is on July 31, you should just pay the rent you owe and move out peacefully by July 31. Why get sued over this? It's not worth it. You've made it this far.
