Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in an RV park, been here permanently 6 years, previously a snowbird for 12 years. New owners took over july 2022. Immediately raised lot rent from $475 to $775. Ok, not the best, but they have big plans for needed repairs and renovations. July 2023, rent up to $856. Same reasons. July 2024 rent will increase to $980. Cost of doing business or greed?

Whether its the cost of doing business or not, its not a legal issue unless the increase violates the lease agreement.
