Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I live in Venice florida, sarasota county. I have a roommate that decided not to pay rent to me last month. When talks of evicting her started and police were involved because of threats of violence were made towards my wife and i,she decided to leave that night with some of her belongings and had not been back to the house since that day. That happened 2 weeks ago. She has told us three different days now that she would be by to claim the remainder of her belongings but never showed. How long before I can enter her room and pack her stuff to regain control of that part of my house. I have family visiting and wish to use that room
