Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Long story short I live in an apartment in Orlando Florida. I have a now unwelcome house guest squatting there that refuses to leave after being asked multiple times. They claim they receive mail there and thus have established residency. But on an application for SNAP benefits they stated they were homeless. He hasn't received mail there in almost 4 months. Can Police be called to remove him?

If the guest was initially allowed to remain there, than the police likely will call it a civil matter and not get involved. You should need to eject the guest civilly in an ejectment action. The use of the property as the guest's address is irrelevant.
