Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I had a package sent ro my boufriend as a gift. The office recieved it and wont release it because it was addressed with my name was on it and my name is not on the lease. I tried to go get it but they wouldn't release it to me. Is that legal?

if it was addressed to your boyfriend and he has not picked up they should return the package to the sender via mail.

have your boyfriend go and pick it up or write a letter advising the office he want his package. if not picked up they would need to provide to delivery company.
