Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Hi I'm having a problems with my apartment complex not fixing three consistant leaks. I've notified the property manager several times about this issue. Maintanence has came out to fix it, but the problem still continues.What should I do?

Start by asking for a reduction in rent. Then follow FS 83 regarding repairs.
