Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
In rent a home in ormond beach fl and while on vacation last month racconns got into my trash. Now my landlord is saying that the neighbor can come into my house every month on the 28th to inspect the inside. What rights do i have? i do not want anyone in my home nor was this on my original lease.

The landlord has the right to inspect the house and I assume in this case he has appointed an agent to act on his behalf.
