Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
Our rental home is infested with termites after many requests to treat it, we sent a certified letter through the mail requesting he rid it of bugs or let us out of our lease. He is refusing to do either, what options do I have?

If it is a health hazard, you should be able to terminate your lease. Read the lease agreement.
