Renter Rights

I found out that my landlord is being

foreclosed on and that I need to find

a new place to live. Problem is he

hasn't made a payment since

September and I started renting in

October, making my payments on

time. Is this a case of fraud and do I

have legal rights in getting all my

rent money back?

You would not have rights to get money back for rent you paid while living there. You might have a right to look into using your last month's rent if prepaid for your last month and checking into the status of your security deposit.
