I had a room mate move out early without properly informing the landlord and breaking the early lease termination clause. Does the land lord owe any part of the security deposit, to him, when the lease is up?

many questions unanswered by this fact pattern. did your roommate sign the lease? did you sign the lease? do you have a written agreement with the roommate? an attorney needs to review all your paperwork to determine rights and obligations.
