Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
In the state of Florida, what is the legality being renting a room to a minor if there is no signed lease? Also if i rent a room from someone and get kicked out and try to go back multiple times to gather the rest of my belongings to find over $3,000 of my stuff had been thrown away, is there anything I can do about that?

A minor cannot execute a valid contract. An oral contract with a minor would not be valid. The landlord would be responsible for the personal property that had been destroyed. He holds it in a fiduciary capacity unless a valid eviction had occurred. A lawsuit would need to be filed to collect the damages.
