Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
each of two tenants are claiming an item left in the verbally abandoned apartment. What should I DO? Rent is owed and 4 months remain on lease. I changed the lock and am letting one of them back into the apt today to remove abandoned items.
