Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
I won.a civil case in florida. Only $ 1000.00. They r on social security etc. and won't pay. I believe heis getting structured settlement from Johnson and johnson over hip replacement. How can I find out and how do I go about attaching that? Thanks

You can send out discovery request for this information from the defendant. It may take some time before you will actually get what you are looking for. You will need to find out the exact date each month that the payments are made so you can garnish them when they are owed by the defendant in the other case. It is not an easy task.
