Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

I have a dispute with Lowe's and their bank.I purchased windows with installation in 10/19 as of now no windows.I have called and text messages both and no one take the responsibility finding.the resolution of returning the monies paid .

this is not a legal ethics question. it is a contract claim. the written sales order and contract controls. you need the contract to be reviewed by an attorney.
