Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
I am inquiring about a Lawsuit I wanted to file againts Allied Veterans of the World. I use to go gambling there and spent alot of money under the impression that the money was being donated to the men and woman that fought for are country. Come to find out it was a scam. The Allied Veterans of the world were investigated and found to be racketeering and convicted of RICO violation . So I want all the money that I had played thinking it was going for the Vietnam Veterans but was for there self gain I think it's a disgrace and disgusting for them to use the veteran s For a fake charity.And I wanted to know if your office handled these kind of cases.If not could you please if you could send me the right direction.
