Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
I was sold a vehicle with a plug in the sidewall of its tire. (an extremely dangerous problem) I was not injured however I feel I am owed some kind of reparation for being lied to as well as being sold a death trap

This is not a legal ethics or professional responsibility problem. Did you buy the vehicle 'as is"? if so, than the responsibility to examine the vehicle was yours. Were there representations made by the seller to you about the condition of the tires? if so, they may have responsibility for repair or replacement of that tire, which I assume you had to replace. you will never get paid for being sold a death trap for which you did not have an actual problem. If there as a misrepresentation than you paperwork would control your remedies.
