Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

In the state of Florida can just a run of my vehicle tag show my previous prison stays and if so can a officer pull me over just because "you had a hit on your tag because of your prison time". If I did nothing wrong traffically or had no warrants and had completed the prison sentence and wasn't on parole or probation what basis do they have to pull me over?
